The northern regions are best visited from May to October. Winter brings heavy snowfall making many routes inaccessible. Summer offers pleasant weather and vibrant landscapes.
Some restricted areas require special permits. We handle all permit arrangements for our guided tours. Independent travelers need to obtain permits from the relevant authorities.
